How The Rebate Program Works

We count on you to do your legwork. That means searching online for your ideal locations, and properties, and narrowing down what your needs are. We encourage you to register on our website to access our powerful home search tools. Our website updates from the MLS every 15 minutes and will email the latest listings to you that match your search criteria. You will also be able to communicate with us quickly once you find homes of interest. You can also utilize real estate websites like Realtor.com®, Trulia.com®, and Zillow.com® to search for homes.


From there we recommend driving by the homes to narrow down the list and going to open houses to view the homes of interest. This will help you maximize the rebate you will receive once you successfully close on a home. Feel free to visit properties at your own pace. Our staff is just a click or call away if you have any questions. We’re with you every step of the way, from finding your dream home to negotiation.

The Rebate Process

Here's an overview of the home buying process and the steps to receive your home buyer's rebate.


Search Homes

Search top real estate websites like Realtor.com®, Trulia.com®, and Zillow.com® to search for homes.

We recommend driving by the homes to narrow down your list of homes.


Decide On A Home

Go to open houses to view the homes of interest. This will help you maximize the rebate you receive once you close on a home. The more leg work you do the bigger the rebate check.


Make An Offer

Once you have decided on a home we will prepare the offer paperwork and send it to you to sign through DocuSign. Then we will represent you through the negotiations and transaction management.


Perform Inspections

The home inspections are your opportunity to do your due diligence and to make sure you want to proceed with the home purchase.


Close On Transaction

We will make sure all of the paperwork is ready for closing and that the closing documents are correct. You then sign the closing documents with an escrow agent near you.


Receive The Rebate

It is important for you to make sure your lender is okay with you receiving a rebate on your transaction. If it is approved, we will apply the credit to the settlement statement or send you a check whichever you prefer.

You choose how to receive the rebate, credit towards your down payment, reduction of the sale price, closing cost credit, home improvements, etc. It’s up to you. We are just happy to help you through the home buying process.


IMPORTANT: If you are getting a mortgage to purchase a new home the buyer's rebate must be disclosed and approved by the lender. If the lender disapproves we will not be allowed to process the rebate on your purchase. Most lenders if they approve the buyer's rebate require the rebate to be stated on the closing disclosure and paid through escrow.
